Background:
The Cyber Security initiative at our client is focused on enhancing the company’s cyber security defenses. A critical component of this effort is the enhancement of server patching and comprehensive management of vulnerabilities.

Role Description and Goals:
This senior role requires experience in managing SCCM within large-scale organizations, particularly in automating operating system updates through CM orchestration for intricate configurations. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in conducting vulnerability assessments and developing vulnerability management frameworks within large enterprises.

Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of SCCM orchestration for complex OS patching processes involving multiple servers that require orderly shutdowns, reboots, and restarts (such as database and application servers).

Manage Vulnerability Assessment processes; skilled in establishing effective workflows to smoothly address and prioritize vulnerabilities. This includes reporting on vulnerability KPIs to senior management and familiarity with NVD, KEV, and EPSS standards.
