Consultant task – BMC Remedy Service Support (m/w/d), Onsite Belgium or The Netherlands
For our customer in the information technology industry, we are looking for a skilled BMC Remedy Service Support.

You will work with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite (9.1 and higher) in both single and multi-tenancy, BMC TrueSight Operations Management, BMC TrueSight Orchestration and BMC TrueSight Vulnerability Management and in a highly available and resilient design.
Areas of BMC Remedy Expertise:
- Consultancy: Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy products and expertise in delivering successful implementations and upgrades.
- Development: Deep understanding of BMC Remedy development and customization, including integration with other enterprise systems.
- Administration: Experience in configuring and maintaining BMC Remedy environments, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Project Management: Experienced in a proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Working well as part of a dynamic and multi-cultural team
- Being able to participate in and support meetings with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Education and Experience
- University degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline or alternatively, 5 years of equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 3 years recent experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite development (version 9.1 and higher)
- BMC Certified Professional qualification is highly beneficial but not required
- ITIL 2011 Foundation certificate beneficial
- Candidate needs to be part of NATO countries, and preferably be able to supply NATO cleared resources.
