Meet the founders of Right People Group

Henrik Arent, CEO and Founder

Henrik Deichmann Arent

Henrik holds an MA (cand.mag.) in Organisation and Leadership. His background is in the media industry, most recently as Head of Analytics at InfoPaq. After co-founding Right People Group in 2007, his role has been both delivering freelance consultants as well as handling complex projects for key customers. In addition, he is a project management specialist and an expert in manning tasks related to IT infrastructure, development projects and project management.

Søren Rosenmeier

Søren holds an MA (cand.merc.) in Marketing and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School. With a background working as an independent consultant within IT project management, he co-founded Right People Group in 2007. Søren has gained vast knowledge of the freelance market and has been responsible for defining Right People Group’s search and selection process for freelance consultants.

Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, ISTQB, Six Sigma Green Belt, IPMA and ITIL Expert.
