Our Corporate Social Responsibility

Brief and Purpose

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility toward our employees, stakeholders, clients, our network of independent contractors, consultants and vendors, the world around us, and the environment.

Our company’s existence is not solitary. It’s part of a bigger system of people, values, society, and nature. Businesses have a social responsibility to operate responsibly and to give back to the world as the world gives to us.

Policy Elements

We strive to be a responsible business that meets excellent standards of ethics and professionalism.

We have broken our CSR policy into two components: compliance and proactiveness.

Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and dedication to our core values. Proactiveness is the work we undertake and initiatives we implement to protect our environment and help causes close to our hearts.

  1. COMPLIANCE

Legality

Our company will:

  • Honor internal policies.
  • Ensure that all our business operations are legitimate.
  • Keep partnerships and collaborations open and transparent.
Business Ethics

We will always conduct our business with integrity and respect for human rights. We will promote:

  • Safety and fair dealing.
  • Respect toward the consumer.
  • Anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices.
  • Support equality and diversity.
Human Rights

We are an equal opportunity employer and will abide by all fair labor practices. We’ll ensure that our activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights in any country.

  1. PROACTIVENESS

We proactively look at ways to better ourselves and our impact.

Protecting the Environment

In our company, the idea of conserving the environment and reducing our ecological footprint is a high priority. Our mindful practices include:

  • Working in an entirely digital process flow and not printing unless legally required.
  • Supporting distributed remote work to minimize pollution caused by commuting.
  • Choosing eco-friendly transportation modes such as bicycles or public transport as much as possible if remote work is not possible.
  • Choosing reusable and renewable materials over disposable as much as possible, from coffee cups to batteries.
Our Employees

All employees are provided with a remuneration package that includes fair wages that meet or exceed the prevailing industry minimum wages, and we ensure that we implement and adhere to all collective agreements.

We support our employees’ career development and self-improvement by providing financial assistance.

Additionally, we’ll ensure that we:

  • Do not risk the health and safety of our employees and their communities.
  • Promote an active and healthy lifestyle, including food and snacks offered in work-related situations.
  • Support equality, diversity, and inclusion.

It’s important for us to have a clear and transparent system of communication so that employees are comfortable with engaging in constructive dialogue.

Donations and Aid

Our company maintains a budget for making monetary donations to worthy organizations. These donations will aim to:

  • Advance the arts, education, and community events.
  • Help those in need.
