Summer Internship in Berlin

International consultant agency offers summer internships for skilled students from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, France, Poland, Spain and Italy.

We are looking for skilled and motivated interns to support us with the development of the above-mentioned markets. This requires efforts within sales, marketing, digital communications, PR, recruitment and more. Of course, we don’t expect you to focus on all of it, so for this summer internship, we will tailor your tasks to fit your specific profile. Therefore, you need to let us know what you are best at and what you hope to learn during your stay.

Your base will be Right People Group’s new international office in Berlin and, depending on the actual tasks, you will cooperate closely with the regional consultant manager from your market, our digitally focused CEO, our digital communications lead and of course fellow interns.

You will join a company with a very flat hierarchy and room to structure your work independently. We have flex time and a good work-life-balance and will make sure you have time enough to enjoy the summer nights in Berlin after work.

What will be the focus of your summer internship?

Together, we will agree on the main task that you will focus on during your internship. Ad-hoc tasks will of course also occur, but we believe that a dedicated focus on one major project will be most beneficial to all of us. Tasks could include:

• Enhancing the overall recruitment strategy for your market
• Assisting in the freelance recruitment process in your market
• Calling consultants to grow our freelancer network
• Research to identify new customers and/or reaching out to new prospects
• Optimization of our web platform and SEO to increase relevant traffic to our website and conversion rates
• Copywriting, blogging or PR
• Link building / guest blogging
• Video production
• Working with content marketing and SEM within your language are
• Something else that could benefit our business but that we haven’t thought of yet?

Which candidates are we looking for?

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme.
• Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, German or French is your mother tongue and you possess decent English skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and a good analytical sense.
• Business mindset and knowledge of the IT industry are a plus
• Independent with a high level of energy and a “can do” attitude

When and where?

Starting date and length of the internship can be negotiated, but normally we wouldn’t consider less than 6 weeks for a summer internship. You will be located in our office in the Berlin, Friedrichshain close to Frankfurter Tor, and will join a young, international team. The internship is unpaid, but we promise you a stimulating working environment that will offer you great learning opportunities and – if you perform well – tangible results that will spiff up your resume.
