Company milestones

2007: Founding

Right People Group was co-founded in Copenhagen by Søren Grud Rosenmeier and Henrik Deichmann Arent, both experienced in IT project management and consultancy. Their mission was to connect organizations with skilled IT consultants to address the growing demand for flexible workforce solutions.

2012: International expansion

Right People Group initiated its international expansion with the establishment of our Berlin office, where Søren relocated to spearhead this effort. The new hub was designed to facilitate our entry into various European markets, allowing us to enhance our service offerings and better meet the needs of a diverse clientele.

2019: Launch of Onsiter

We introduced Onsiter, which was designed to connect local onsite consultants with organizations. It later evolved into a comprehensive Vendor Management System that streamlines the connection between clients and freelance consultants, improving project management and simplifying recruitment processes.

2020: Regional office openings in Germany and Finland

To provide localized support and strengthen client relationships, we opened regional offices in Germany and Finland.

2021: Growing our presence in Sweden

We continued our growth by opening a regional office in Sweden, allowing us to enhance our service offerings and better address local client requirements.

2022: Further expansion in Spain and Italy

We further expanded our reach by establishing regional offices in Spain and Italy, enhancing our footprint in Southern Europe.

2023: Joined forces with Capidea

Right People Group joined forces with Capidea, a Danish private equity fund. This partnership is focused on fostering growth while upholding our core values of culture and employee engagement.

2024: Welcoming Avenida Consult and new CEO

In January, We welcomed Avenida Consult into Right People Group, further expanding our network of IT consultants. This acquisition enhances our capacity to deliver high-quality freelance consulting services tailored to client needs.

In September, Jesper Geisler joined Right People Group as CEO. With his extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in management and business development, Jesper will drive the company’s growth while ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier consulting services across Europe.
