Right People Group is currently expanding into new markets in Europe and our international interns are helping us with this exiting and challenging mission. As our current team will have to continue their studies next year, we are looking for new interns that can take their place.
We are looking for interns from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Poland. Should you not be from any of these countries but think you could still contribute to our business, then send us your CV and let us know how.
If you join us as an intern, you are guaranteed both practical and theoretical learning. The practical learning will happen every day. We take the time to explain “why” and “how” and you always have a say on which tasks you would like to be involved in. As a supplement to the on-the-job training, we have two weekly sessions with a curriculum that ensures a steep learning curve in regards to 1) IT and business concepts that our customers and consultants are working with 2) internal procedures and best practice in handling customers leads and recruitment of consultants.
Our business interns help us in entering new markets by working closely with the consultant manager responsible for “their” country. Of course, there is a lot of knowledge sharing and cooperation across markets, but you have a significant role in terms of developing business processes and driving the daily business for your market.
Since our digital platform is a key element in our business model, we need communications interns who can help us constantly improve the quality and reach of our content. You will work closely with both the country specific team, the CEO and the digital communications lead.
