On behalf of a private client, we are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join a global UX community of 20+ UX Designers and Researchers as part of a maternity cover within a large-scale digital transformation environment.
The consultant will play a key role in shaping digital products within the TRACE ART (Agile Release Train), supporting the transition toward a product-led culture across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across business and IT, particularly within finance and engineering, and supporting multiple product teams across geographies.
The consultant will support five scrum teams in close collaboration with the client’s UX Designer in Malaysia, who specializes in UI design. The teams are based in Poland and Malaysia and typically consist of a Product Owner, Full-stack Software Engineers, a Tester, and an Architect.
A key focus area is supporting the development of a unified product landscape across the TRACE portfolio by conduct and showcase seamless future (to-be) user journeys, defining governance by design, and continuously ensuring that TRACE meets both business requirements and user needs within one integrated digital system.
Figma, Miro, and ADO will be your primary tools to ensure smooth handovers and strong collaboration with the TRACE product teams.
Description of the most important elements in the role:
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Synthesizing complex findings into clear insights that communicate and advocate for TRACE users’ needs.
- Building empathy across cross-functional teams and throughout the ART.
- Providing expert recommendations to address identified user needs in collaboration with the UX Designer.
- Promoting modern UX research and discovery methods and actively sharing your practices within the ART.
- Continuing the ongoing work of increasing awareness and understanding of research practices within the ART – both in product teams and across the broader stakeholder landscape.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate research into compelling narratives and clear recommendations.
- Professional experience in UX Research, ideally within enterprise environments and integrated product development teams.
- Ability to actively engage and involve product teams in your research process.
- Experience working across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
- Experience planning and facilitating physical and virtual workshops with diverse stakeholders.
- An open-minded, adaptable team player who thrives in a complex corporate environment with varying levels of digital maturity.
- Have excellent communication and storytelling skills to tell rich research stories and articulate ideas
- Have professional experience, ideally in enterprise and integrating UX Research into product development
- Enjoy facilitating workshops with a diverse team of stakeholders
- Know how to invite and engage your team in on your process
- Preferably have experience working with the end-to-end delivery process from discovery through delivery
- Are an active champion for empathy, research practice and discovery.
