We are urgently seeking a skilled Palo Alto Cortex specialist in the field of cybersecurity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with customers and has hands-on expertise with Palo Alto XDR and/or XSIAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and optimize Palo Alto Cortex XDR/XSIAM solutions in customer environments
  
   

• Conduct threat investigations, incident response, and security analytics using Cortex platforms
  
   

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality cybersecurity service delivery

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Palo Alto Cortex XDR and/or XSIAM

• Ability to work in a customer-facing role with confidence and professionalism

• Solid understanding of SOC operations, incident response, and cybersecurity monitoring

• English fluency (working language); Finnish language skills are a plus but not required

Location: Remote (Occasional on-site visits in Espoo, Finland)
