For this internship in Berlin your base will be Right People Group’s new international office in Berlin-Friedrichshain and you will cooperate closely with the regional consultant manager from your market, our digitally focused CEO and our digital communications lead.
Since this is a combined business and marketing/communications internship, the ideal candidate could be perceiving a marketing or communications degree at a business school, is tech-savvy and self-driven. How you will help us develop new markets
Your tasks will be varied and we will make sure to adjust your responsibilities based on your competences and interests, but of course also the current needs in your focus market. Tasks in this internship in Berlin will include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process for specific projects
- Enhancing the overall recruitment strategy for your market
- Calling consultants to grow our freelancer network
- Research to identify new customers
- Optimization of our web platform and SEO to increase relevant traffic to our website and conversion rates
- Working with content marketing and SEM within your language are
Although a high degree of independence is required to succeed in this position, you will be cooperating closely with the team to ensure great results and the full benefit of your internship for all of us. You will work closely with both the Consultant Manager in charge of your market, the Digital Communications lead as well as your fellow interns and our International CEO.
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management or similar. Ideally, this internship is mandatory/part of your study programme and you can stay an entire semester.
- Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, German or French is your mother tongue and you possess decent English skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and a good analytical sense
- Ambitious with a high level of energy and a “can do” attitude
- Experience with digital marketing and knowledge of the IT industry are a plus

Facts about the internship in Berlin
Starting date and length of the internship can be negotiated, but normally we don’t consider applicants that can stay less than 3 months and clearly favour those that can stay an entire semester (5-6 months). You will be located in our office in the Berlin, Friedrichshain close to Frankfurter Tor. Depending on your experience level and the type of internship (mandatory or not – there are sophisticated rules for this in Germany), we offer 450 Euro/month, a bunch of nice, young colleagues and a good work-life balance.
