We are looking for an OT technology architect to steer some of our key initiatives
with clients in OT Applications, Cloud, and IoT.
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
 

• 10+ years of experience in OT systems within manufacturing environments
  specifically for food, process or pharma.
• Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus, etc.).
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) and
  SCADA systems.
• Experience with SCADA, MES, SAP integration, Historian, IIoT platforms and
  other shopfloor systems.
• Experience in secure network segmentation and compliance with IEC 62443 /
  NIS2
• Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, segmentation, and security (IEC
  62443, Purdue).
• Maintain and update OT asset inventory (CMDB) and lifecycle plans
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and standards for OT environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with cloud-based OT/IIoT platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging OT technologies and recommend adoption
  strategies.
• Good knowledge of any cloud hyper scaler either Azure, AWS, or Google
  Cloud is essential.
• Must have prior experience of collaborating with clients in requirements
  discussion, architecture discussion and design discussions and should be
  independently able to lead these discussions.
• Ability to make and effectively communicate decisions. The candidate should
  know how to disagree, how to address opposition, how to navigate the conflicts in multi-stakeholder requirement and how to build consensus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential to be able
  communicate in a global team and with global client
