About the role

An ongoing integration requires migration and alignment of reporting and analytics solutions. We are strengthening our analytics capabilities and are looking for an experienced, self-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support and further develop our reporting and analytics landscape during this transition.

The role sits within Nordic Business Operations Excellence (BOX), which manages key back-office operations within the Private business area, including underwriting support, credit control, and risk and quality tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modern reporting and analytics landscape

• Connect and integrate new data sources

• Transform large data volumes into actionable insights

• Build visualizations to support performance tracking and improvement

• Collaborate with and support business stakeholders

• Identify opportunities where data and analytics can create value

Your profile

Core skills and experience:

• Data transformation and programming (SQL, Python)

• Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks and dbt are advantages)

• BI and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Fluency in English

• Self-driven and proactive

• Analytical and solution-oriented

• Must be located within Finland
