About the Assignment:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Integration Consultant to join our HR integration team and ensure robust, secure integrations across all Nordic payroll systems. This role is critical for maintaining payroll stability and compliance — key to sustaining business continuity and employee trust.
With upcoming organizational changes, this is a unique opportunity to modernize and strengthen the payroll integration landscape. You will play a key role in ensuring integrations are reliable, scalable, and future-proof.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and secure the integration between Workday and Nordic payroll systems (e.g., Unit4 in Norway).
Ensure payroll data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local regulations and GDPR.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to optimize payroll workflows.
Support business continuity by documenting processes and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Mentor colleagues and promote agile, modern development practices.
Your Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll integration and HRIS connectivity (Workday experience is an advantage).
Solid technical understanding of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, cloud platforms).
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
Experience in data transformation, mapping, and validation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach.
Project management experience is a plus.

Azure Integration & Cloud Services
Azure DevOps (pipelines, workflows, automation)
Experience with agile methodologies and modern development tools
