About the Assignment:
We’re looking for an experienced Product Team Facilitator to support two product teams – one established booking team and one brand-new team focused on the guest experience. You will play a key role in our transformation from traditional project delivery to a true Product Operating Model.

In this role, you’ll facilitate team ceremonies, drive team coaching and support the product manager in bridging discovery work with delivery. You’ll also collaborate with other facilitators to promote cross-team learning and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities Include:
• Coaching product teams transitioning from feature delivery to owning outcomes

• Facilitating team ceremonies (standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, etc.)

• Supporting the PM with translating discovery insights into development-ready requirements

• Building up efficient ways of working in a newly formed team

• Leading continuous improvements both within teams and across the wider organization

• Guiding teams through uncertainty and organizational change
 

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Has worked in empowered product teams focused on outcomes – and knows the difference

• Has strong facilitation and coaching skills

• Has previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Scrum Master

• Understands both product discovery and delivery constraints

• Can write clear, user-centric user stories

• Knows how to build high-performing teams from scratch

• Thrives in change and ambiguity and brings structure where needed
 

Nice to Have:
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or guest experience products

• Previous involvement in large-scale product transformations
