Consultant Task: Enterprise Architect

Location: Norway (Oslo) or Sweden (Gothenburg) (onsite / hybrid)

Scope: Full-time | Start: ASAP | Duration: 6–12 months | Language: English

About the task:

Define and govern enterprise-wide architecture principles, standards, and capability models to align tech decisions with business objectives. Review major proposals from workstream architects, enforce security/privacy/compliance, and drive consistency across the landscape. 

We are looking for someone with:

• Expert knowledge of EA frameworks, patterns, and BPM/capability modeling.

• Ability to validate proposals, spot overlaps/redundancies, and guide interoperability.

• Experience coordinating cross-cutting concerns with Security, Data, and Platform leaders. 

Preferred:

• Strong “systems thinking” and trade-off navigation; community leadership across architects.
