About the Assignment:
We are looking for a senior Dynamics 365 consultant for a long-term assignment in Gothenburg, focusing on configuring, enhancing and extending functionality across multiple Dynamics 365 environments, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service.

The role includes designing and configuring workflows, Power Platform components and Copilot functionality to enable efficient and modern case management.

You will also build and maintain integrations between the Dynamics platform and the wider IT ecosystem, primarily using Azure- and .NET-based services.
 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience with Dynamics 365, especially Customer Service

• Has hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

• Is experienced in configuring processes, flows and automation within Dynamics

• Has strong experience with integrations using Azure and .NET-based services

• Is used to working closely with business stakeholders and translating needs into working solutions
   

Nice to have:

• Experience with Copilot or AI features within Dynamics

• Experience working in complex integration landscapes

• Background from large enterprise environments
