On behalf of a logistics client, we are looking for a Program Director for a Data Platform Program.
Description of the project:
The Program Director will be responsible for running a strategic Data Platform Program that aims to unify and accelerate the client’s enterprise data transformation. The role involves direct reporting to the Program Board, consisting of C-level management, and requires a strong leader capable of driving change management initiatives across business, data, architecture, and IT domains.

The Program Director will:
- Lead and unify execution across multiple workstreams under a single governance and delivery framework.
- Translate executive vision into actionable milestones and ensure alignment with C-level stakeholders.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and value realization through transparent, data-driven governance.
- Build a strong program culture rooted in accountability, clarity, and collaboration.
- Serve as a key point of integration between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and delivery excellence.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies as possible:
- 10–15 years’ experience leading high-stakes digital or data transformation programs in global enterprises
- Proven success building and managing programme governance frameworks that balance speed, design integrity, and executive confidence.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data concepts (data platforms, domain-driven design, data mesh, analytics, ML).
- Ability to operate fluently across both business and technical layers, with credibility at CxO level.
- Experience managing steering committees and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Track record of hands-on programme turnarounds and disciplined delivery.
- Strong strategic vision, operational precision, and political acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
