About the assignment:
We are looking for a senior Program Manager for a high-priority global delivery initiative within the IT infrastructure domain. The program includes implementation of a complete customer infrastructure covering Compute, HPC, Storage, Network, Security, and Automation. Around 120 team members are involved globally.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager, ideally in large-scale, complex, and global delivery projects
• Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Is skilled in coordinating multiple projects and managing interdependencies
• Has solid experience in program governance, stakeholder communication, and budget/risk management

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
• Defining program governance and leading overall planning
• Monitoring progress, managing risks and issues
• Budget responsibility and resource coordination across projects
• Ensuring alignment of deliverables with program outcomes
• Managing program documentation and stakeholder communication

Nice to have:

• Experience from global/WW projects
• Swedish language skills
