About the assignment:
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Guidewire Solution Architect to support a pre-study for a large-scale core system transformation. The client is evaluating the feasibility of expanding an ongoing Guidewire program in Sweden to replace the current claims core system in Finland (Motor lines).

The assignment includes identifying business needs, developing solution designs, breaking down epics and features into a structured roadmap, and assessing long-term operations and scalability of the solution.

The pre-study will also involve evaluating tradeoffs such as:

• Infrastructure cost and complexity with single vs. multiple instances

• Governance complexity with single vs. multiple instances

• Development complexity with single vs. multiple instances
 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong knowledge and experience in Guidewire solution architecture

• Has a strategic mindset and is comfortable working in complex environments

• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ideally has experience implementing multi-product, multi-country Guidewire solutions on a single instance
