On behalf of an enterprise client, we are looking for a Program Senior Change Manager who can work alongside the Program Lead to define and drive the required change and implementation activities on a program level to secure a continuous engagement and leader-led change throughout the program. 
You will act as the execution lead and engage and mobilize the organization and build robust implementation plans based on in-depth understanding of users, impacts, risks and the business environment. 
As a person, you are a natural collaborator and have an inclusive and transparent approach to stakeholders.

Location: Århus
Workload: 100 %
Start: To be negotiated 
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension
Language: Danish and English

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Documented relevant experience with driving the identification and refinement of clear change implementations and targets on aggregated program level
- Experience with global change management and its methodology and toolbox
- Experience with process management or transformation is a plus
- Experience working with agile product teams and knowledge of user-driven design is  aplus
- PROSCI/CCMP certification is a plus.
