Job Summary

As an Oracle Cloud IAM Application Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and maintenance for identity and access management solutions deployed in Oracle Cloud environments. You will ensure that applications running on Kubernetes are secure, reliable, and compliant with organizational policies. The role involves troubleshooting, optimizing IAM processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also lead the design and implementation of Oracle Identity Cloud Service solutions to manage user identities and access across various applications.

Project managed in Helsinki, Finland. You are able to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support — Provide functional and technical support for IAM applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of systems running on Kubernetes.
• Monitoring & Optimization — Monitor application performance and stability within Kubernetes environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Collaboration — Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement IAM best practices across cloud applications.
• Incident Management — Manage IAM-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation in accordance with ITIL processes.
• User Management — Administer user identities, roles, and permissions within Oracle Identity Cloud Service, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Documentation — Create and maintain technical documentation including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and process workflows.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in identity and access management or application support, particularly within Oracle Cloud environments.

Technical skills:

• Oracle Identity Cloud Service and core IAM concepts
• Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications (Oracle Kubernetes Engine / OKE)
• Security protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
• Scripting for automation: Python or Bash
• Oracle stack: WebLogic Server, Internet Directory, Virtual Directory, Unified Directory, Access Manager, Identity Manager, API Gateway, Enterprise Single Sign-On
• OIM configuration: workflows via SOA Composites, request workflows, password policy, reconciliation and provisioning
• OAM: Web gate integration and SSO configuration
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Tools: kubectl, Helm, Terraform, Git, JIRA, LDAP, Active Directory
• Security compliance and risk assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Familiarity with monitoring and service management tools such as ServiceNow or OpsRamp
• Knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle DB or PostgreSQL
• Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent certification in cloud or IAM technologies
