We are seeking an experienced Finance Solutions Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of financial system solutions within a banking environment. The consultant will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and key stakeholders to ensure robust, compliant, and high-quality delivery of finance module functionality.

This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, financial domain knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an agile, cross-functional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to understand and refine functional requirements related to finance modules.

• Design and implement workflows and business logic supporting core financial processes, ensuring alignment with organisational and regulatory standards.

• Develop, configure, and integrate finance module components with existing enterprise systems.

• Perform unit testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate delivered functionality.

• Engage proactively with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.

• Participate in on-site meetings and travel to London, UK, as required to meet with the end customer.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in business process development within financial systems or ERP environments.

• Strong technical proficiency in relevant development frameworks and tools (e.g., Java).

• Solid understanding of financial operations and accounting principles.

• Experience working in agile delivery models and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
