Consultant Task – Lead Software Performance Specialist (Espoo), published: 28.11.2024

We are looking for a Lead-level performance expert to assess the system change needs in the payments domain, prioritize them, present ideas to the customer, and lead the activities of a performance improvement team. 

The project is in the banking domain and focuses on the payments area, focusing particularly on instant payment systems but also impacting payment flows, channels, and the entire payment system.

The ideal candidate will have broad experience in optimizing the performance of high-availability systems. The candidate should bring innovative ideas on how to improve the current system and possess in-depth knowledge of the tools and methodologies used in this field.

Strong communication skills are essential, as the candidate must effectively interact with both the customer’s management and our technical experts.
