On behalf of a public sector client, we are looking for a technical consultant for an identity governance and administration (IGA) implementation project.
Description of the project
The client is establishing a new, centralised IGA solution based on One Identity Manager, supporting the full lifecycle of identities and access rights. The solution will handle processes such as user provisioning, role-based access control, access requests with multi-level approval, attestations, and automated integrations with systems like SAP SuccessFactors, AD/Entra ID, and ITSM tools.
Location: Oslo (On-site)
Workload: 50% throughout 2025, with the possibility of increasing to 100% in 2026
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until end of 2025 + option to extend through 2026 and additional 3 + 3 months

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- Solid, documented experience implementing One Identity Manager
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with IGA tools in complex IT environments
- Experience establishing IGA processes and integrations with HR, AD/Entra ID, and ITSM systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access control models, and data sources
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure/hybrid) is a plus
- Familiarity with similar IGA projects
- Ability to work independently and drive technical deliverables
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian (both written and oral)
