On behalf of a client, we are looking for a Senior Business Analysis Consultant for a Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) operational role.

Description of the project:
The Senior Business Analysis Consultant will oversee the management and continuous improvement of the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) framework within our client's support organization.

Description of the most important elements:
This role involves monitoring performance metrics, ensuring quality standards, and managing the knowledge base to optimize KCS processes.

Location: Storkøbenhavn
Workload: 100%
Start: 15.06.2025
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Language: Danish and English 

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- +5 years experience in knowledge management or support roles, with a focus on KCS.
- Experience in data analysis and identifying trends.
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Certification in KCS Practices v6 is required.
- Familiarity with GDPR is desirable.
