Right People Group is looking for multiple experienced IT consultants for a large-scale modernization program within the financial services sector.

The program combines Generative AI, legacy and mainframe modernization, cloud transformation, data migration and modern software architecture.

We are looking for approximately 22 consultants across several specialist roles, ranging from hands-on engineers and mainframe specialists to senior architects and technical leads.

Assignment details

Duration: 9–12 months
Workload: Full-time
Start: As soon as possible / by agreement
Location: Remote
Geography: Nordics, Europe/Nearshore and India/Offshore
Commercial model: Time & Material
Rate: Hourly rate in EUR

AI Engineer – 4 positions

We are looking for experienced AI Engineers to work with AI-assisted modernization of complex enterprise systems.

Relevant experience includes:

• GenAI modernization accelerators
• LLM architecture and prompt engineering
• Agentic AI design
• RAG architecture
• ML lifecycle management and AI governance
• Solution architecture
• Code analysis automation
• Business rule extraction using AI
• Source-to-target conversion accelerators
• Test generation frameworks
• Legacy system reverse engineering

Technologies: Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Azure AI Services, OpenAI models and vector databases.

AI Engineering Lead – 1 position

We are looking for a senior AI Engineering Lead capable of combining technical leadership with hands-on understanding of modern GenAI architectures.

Relevant experience includes:

• GenAI modernization
• LLM architecture and prompt engineering

• RAG architecture
• ML lifecycle management and AI governance
• Solution architecture
• AI-assisted code analysis

We are looking for a senior database specialist with strong experience in complex legacy-to-modern data migrations.

Mainframe SME – 2 positions

We are looking for experienced Mainframe Specialists with deep technical knowledge of legacy environments.

Relevant experience includes:

• COBOL
• JCL
• Assembler
• Mainframe file structures and copybooks
• SORT / IDCAMS
• CA-7 / Control-M
• Understanding of AI/ML
• Understanding of creating agent workflows

Experience combining traditional mainframe expertise with AI-assisted modernization is particularly relevant.

Platform Engineer – 2 positions

We are looking for experienced Azure Platform Engineers.
