General requirements (all roles):
- Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with ServiceNow on-prem (self-hosted instance)
- Experience with CRM in ServiceNow
- Relevant ServiceNow certification
Role 1 - Platform Architect (50%)
Experience: approx. 10 years, senior level
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a holistic understanding of technical architecture across the ServiceNow portfolio
- Defines and implements the environment cloning strategy
- Understands the ServiceNow platform roadmap and aligns demand/project solutions accordingly
- Provides OOB-aligned technical solutions
- Ensures each demand/project aligns to business goals from a technical perspective
- Ensures the project-specific architect understands the broader architecture to minimize conflicts between proposed solutions
- Provides technical guidance across workstream dependencies
- Provides feedback on technical escalations
Expected skills:
- Strong technical acumen of ServiceNow
- ServiceNow certifications in relevant areas
- Up to date with new capabilities
- Leads and updates the platform roadmap
- Risk/issue management
Role 2 - Project Manager (50%)
Experience: approx. 10 years, senior level
Responsibilities:
- Creates the project plan and manages the project team (including Product Owners and Platform Owners) against the plan through go-live, transition, and hypercare
- End-to-end planning and execution of their product area, including identifying resource needs
- Acts as primary escalation point to resolve obstacles; ensures the project is delivered on schedule and budget for business and Platform Owner stakeholders
- Coordinates with Product Owner and Platform Owners to ensure appropriate business representation across all activities
- Compiles and reports on project status to stakeholders

Role 3 - Developer (100%)
Experience: 5–8 years
Responsibilities:
- Completes build activities (configurations and development) based on approved stories
- Reviews development work/code and performs code quality checks
- Works with the project architect to identify whether any requirements are potentially cross-platform/may impact other modules
- Completes unit testing
Expected skills:
- Experience with JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
- SDLC/Agile delivery experience
- Broad experience with the overall ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in the specific ServiceNow area
- ServiceNow certified
