About the assignment:
We are looking for a structured and proactive PMO Assistant to support a design team working across multiple parallel engagements in an international environment. The team is highly skilled and fast-paced, but now needs additional support to ensure structure, coordination, and follow-up.

You will play a key role in keeping workstreams aligned, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and helping the team maintain delivery pace and quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain a clear and up-to-date workplan across all active assignments
• Track resource allocation and identify over-/underutilization
• Facilitate weekly check-ins and ensure follow-up on action points
• Proactively follow up on deadlines and drive progress
• Produce a concise weekly status report for management

We are looking for someone who:

• Is highly structured and comfortable managing multiple workflows
• Is proactive and follows up without being asked
• Has experience from project environments, preferably design or development
• Understands project phases, deliverables, and handovers
• Communicates clearly and concisely
• Is a team player who builds trust
• Is fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience in PMO or project coordination
• Experience working with design teams or creative environments
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
