We are looking for an experienced MDM Consultant with a business analysis twist to bridge business requirements with our client’s technical development team, specifically within the Stibo STEP platform. The role will focus on translating business needs into structured data management solutions, ensuring seamless master data governance especially with a distinctive focus on products area.

This position is part of an international company where STEP is widely used. The whole platform is in play in the client’s business. It is good to note that this role does not include any technical tasks. The role involves close collaboration with data concept owners (DCOs), solution owners, and business stakeholders to help maintain high-quality master data.

Requirements:

- Strong background in business analysis and master data management (MDM); ability to translate business requirements into structured MDM solutions.
- Important: Experience with Stibo STEP platform or similar MDM solutions.
- Beneficial: Understanding of SAP and how it integrates with master data processes.
- Beneficial: A proactive and analytical mindset with good stakeholder management skills.
