About the Assignment:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Communicator to produce clear, structured, reusable and accurate product information for both hardware and software. The work is topic-based within a CCMS (preferably Quanos Schema ST4) and includes planning, authoring, structuring and publishing user guides, service information and related documentation. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Product, Service and Compliance teams.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5+ years of experience in HW and/or SW technical writing

• Is skilled in topic-based authoring (DITA-style models, modular topics, reuse strategies)

• Has hands-on experience working in a CCMS, preferably Quanos Schema ST4 (structure, variants, workflows, publishing)

• Is comfortable with XML-based authoring tools

• Can manage end-to-end documentation work: planning, authoring, review coordination, releases and updates

• Communicates clearly and writes excellent English

• Works well with SMEs across R&D, UX, Service and Compliance
 

Nice to have:

• Experience creating visual or interactive documentation assets

• Knowledge of ST4-related publishing pipelines

• Experience documenting industrial products or technical systems
 

Expected Deliverables:

• Installation, operation and service manuals

• Quick-start guides and release notes

• Structured, translation-ready content modules

• Technical Information Plans per product

• Updates aligned with engineering change requests and release cycles
 

Ways of Working:

• Agile collaboration within the Product Information team

• Delivery aligned with sprint or release milestones

• KPIs include on-time delivery, structural/standards compliance, reuse rate, review quality and customer feedback
