About the Assignment:

Our client is seeking a Product Manager with practical experience in SAP platforms to support the delivery, enhancement, and continuous optimisation of digital government services. The role focuses on SAP Public Sector systems, SAP Workflow, SAP Service Catalogue, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, and SAP integration frameworks. You will work across ministries and government entities to support service integration, workflow automation, process improvements, and SAP-based user journey optimisation. The Product Manager collaborates closely with engineering, SAP consultants, UI/UX, CX, QA, and stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well-defined and aligned with the overall digital transformation roadmap. The position requires strong analytical ability, structured requirement work, and a hands-on approach to agile product delivery. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 7+ years of experience in product management of complex digital products

• Understands SAP Public Sector, SAP Workflow, SAP Service Catalogue, SAP CRM, and SAP BTP 

• Can support end-to-end SAP service integrations and automation initiatives

• Can write clear user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria for SAP configurations, workflows, and enhancements

• Can analyse existing manual processes and identify opportunities for SAP-led optimisation

• Is experienced in collaborating with SAP consultants to translate requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios

• Can manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, documentation reviews, and quality assurance

• Works data-driven and uses insights, citizen feedback, and service performance metrics to shape improvements

• Communicates effectively with ministries, agencies, and internal leadership

Nice to have:

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or Analytics 

• Experience with JIRA/Confluence product operations

• Experience in customer experience, digital service design, or public sector transformation

• Background in re-engineering workflows and service journey mapping
