About the Assignment

We are looking for a senior Azure LLM Developer & Solution Engineer to design and build advanced Azure OpenAI–based solutions in a client-facing onsite environment. The role requires strong hands-on engineering skills, practical LLM architecture experience (RAG, embeddings, prompt flows), and the ability to collaborate closely with IT transformation leaders to shape solution approaches and best practices.

You will work across the full AI engineering lifecycle: LLM application development, backend API development, vector search, orchestration, Azure components, integration patterns, and reusable architecture assets.

We are looking for someone with:

• 8–12 years of engineering experience with strong proficiency in Azure Cloud Services.

• Hands-on experience building applications using modern LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Mistral, or similar.

• Practical understanding of prompt flows, embeddings, vector stores, and RAG pipelines.

• Experience with Azure AI Studio, LangChain, Prompt Flow, or semantic search frameworks.

• Understanding of agentic AI patterns including planning, tool use, reflection, and multi-agent coordination.

• Strong scripting and backend development skills in Python, Java, PowerShell, and SQL.

• Experience with API design, integration patterns, and Azure API Management.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders in an onsite setting.

• A self-driven, structured mindset with the ability to balance delivery with solution design responsibilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI explainability (model transparency, interpretability frameworks).

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Understanding of enterprise security, identity, and governance patterns.
