We are looking for an experienced Service Portfolio Manager to support our client, a well-known and established German company.
Workload: 3-5 days a week
Project duration: 1-2 years (Hourly billing)
Project location: 95% remote, occasionally on site in Karlsruhe or Erlangen
Project start: 01.08.2024 – preferably asap
Language: Fluent in Englisch and/or German
Areas of Responsibility:
+ The Controls Service Portfolio Owner has the responsibility to actively drive controls service business, methods, solutions, concepts, and contractual standard descriptions within the business unit.
+ Functional management and coordination of the related experts
+ Be the first contact point for all questions in regards of controls service portfolio
+ Ownership of the portfolio roadmap for controls services including collaboration with our stakeholders and regular reporting of progress and accounting status
+ Support and renegotiation of contractual relationships with suppliers
+ Identification and evaluation of business opportunities incl. feasibility studies, business cases and value proposition according to product lifecycle management (PLM) process
+ Own the controls service calculation guideline incl. corresponding calculation rules
+ Collaborate and support of Sales, Bid Management and Engineering/Operations within functions and regions
Skills:
+ 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Service-/Portfolio- Management for controls and working experience with lifecycle services for control systems and connected technology highly desired
+ Experience with Siemens SPPA-T3000, PCS7, WinCC OA would be an advantage.
+ Being customer focused, target oriented and having good organization, communication, and documentation skills. Must have outstanding verbal and writing skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize to business needs and energy trends
+ Ability to execute many tasks and topics in parallel, across many teams globally
+ Creativity to drive innovation in sustainable service business
+ Strong understanding of product-/portfolio- lifecycle, administration, contractual knowledge, promotion and marketing strategy, customer handling experience
