Consultant task – PMO Consultants, Sweden/Korea (2024.04.29)

Location: Korea (Sweden, Stockholm for initial onboarding)
Workload: Full-time

Duration: Two months, with potential for extension based on project needs.
Language: English (Korean is required for at least one of the consultants) 

Are you an experienced PMO consultant looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on cross-cultural collaboration? Look no further! We are currently seeking skilled professionals to support an ongoing partnership between a leading Swedish and Korean company. The primary objective is to establish robust Project Management Offices (PMOs) in Korea, and we need your expertise to make it happen.

Consultant Profile Requirements:

• Industry Expertise: A solid background in the automotive industry is crucial, with additional experience in electronics manufacturing highly advantageous, given the focus of our project. 
• Project Management Mastery: We require consultants skilled in setting up PMOs, capable of structuring project frameworks, devising KPIs, and crafting templates for steering committees and top management meetings. 
• Onboarding and Mobility: Consultants will undergo a week-long onboarding process in Sweden before relocating to Korea for the project’s duration. 
• Strategic Oversight: The ideal candidate will offer strategic guidance, ensuring alignment with both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic objectives. 
• Bilingual Capabilities: Fluency in English. Fluency in Korean is essential, for at least one of the consultants, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with Korean stakeholders.
