About the Assignment:
Are you ready to shape the future of HR architecture with a focus on Oracle HCM? We are looking for an HR Architect to enhance HR technological frameworks and operational processes while acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. This role involves taking a holistic approach to define, manage, and optimize the HR IT landscape to deliver value.

As an HR Architect, you will:

• Ensure the HR architecture enables business value and aligns with strategic and tactical goals.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve the desired HR architecture, including value cases and return-on-investment analyses.
• Act as a bridge between IT vendors and the organization, communicating requirements clearly, assessing input from external partners, and maintaining oversight throughout the process.
• Actively participate in forums, working groups, and cross-functional areas to maintain architectural consistency.
• Serve as the technical and solution lead for HR IT and business-driven initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strategic and tactical experience with HR technology and platforms, including planning HR architecture in complex environments.
• Possesses deep knowledge and experience in Oracle HRIS/HCM.
• Demonstrates cross-functional understanding of business processes, challenges, and technologies beyond HR, such as Finance.
• Excels in written and verbal communication, including explaining how technology supports business objectives to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in international environments.
• Ability to establish and implement an effective and clear solution methodology.
