Are you ready to steer a key project in Logistics and Finance at one of the largest workplaces in Sweden? We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager to oversee the integration of new financial processes as part of our transition to a cutting-edge ERP platform (Infor M3).

Role Overview
As a pivotal member of our program management team, you’ll spearhead the Finance 2.0 initiative, focusing on the rollout of updated financial processes (GL, AP, AR, etc.) alongside our supplier (Infor) and the internal finance development team. Engaging effectively with stakeholders in Västerås is essential for the project’s success, highlighting the importance of building consensus and understanding.

Expertise in Infor M3 is less critical than a solid grasp of financial processes and experience in software development, particularly in deploying standard systems that interact with numerous other systems. Your role will require flexibility, with your work location rotating between Solna, Västerås, and remote work from home.

Project Scope
This is a full-time commitment, commencing between March 11 and shortly after Easter, and concluding in February 2025.

Qualifications and Experience Sought
We’re seeking a project manager who possesses:

Experience in leading standard system implementation projects, with an emphasis on software development impacts.
A foundational understanding of financial processes.
Knowledge of both agile and traditional methodologies and frameworks for project delivery.
Proficiency in managing significant, complex projects with dynamic plans.
The ability to quickly assimilate new information for effective prioritization and project adjustments.
A background in collaborating within and against the backdrop of large, intricate organizations featuring numerous stakeholders across business and IT domains.
