Consultant Task – Business Integration Lead (Helsinki/Tampere/Remote), published: 15.11.2024

We are looking for a Business Integration Lead for our customer. The customer is in the business of zero emission energy solutions. They help with energy transition to enable a zero-emission society. 

The need is for a dynamic and experienced Business Integration Lead to lead the design, development, and operation of the customers application integration and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the integration and RPA solution roadmap while driving continuous improvements. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to capture demand and ensure business value realization. You will drive continuous development of the client’s Integration and RPA IT services to ensure high quality, efficiency and transparency for the client’s internal and external customers.

The preferred office locations for this role are Helsinki or Tampere, but there is flexibility for a hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business key stakeholders and other IT teams to discover business demand and delivering best fitting solution for realizing a business value
• Plan and drive Integration and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategy and roadmaps
• Develop and maintain the technology stack for integration platforms and RPA
• Lead Integration and RPA design, development, and operations
• Provide expert advice on integration and RPA technology, data architecture, and system architecture
• Developing and managing support and development processes
• Developing and managing vendor/partner network on integration and RPA area
• Help define the integration and data flow architecture and evaluate vendor capabilities
• Help foster a team culture for improving application integration and RPA techniques

What is valued:

• You are ambitious, solution-oriented and have strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• You have proven ability and experience in designing and implementing industry functional solutions, with expertise in forming a client industry specific program roadmap and plan
• +3 years of experience delivering high-performing IT services (development/support) for application integration solutions in service manager or integration lead position
• Technical expertise in common integration methods, preferrable multiple integration tools like Frends, Mulesoft, Boomi, TIBCO and technologies like web services, APIs, XML, orchestration and automation tools
• Expertise of Robotic Process Automation tool and services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Project/Program management experience is considered as an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Duration: 6-12 month contract at first but can be extended over long-term
Language: Fluent in English (Finnish considered a plus)
