We are seeking a senior business analyst to support the definition, design, and delivery of a Customer Portal Pilot that will establish the foundation for a future customer portal roadmap. The role requires strong business analysis skills, the ability to work across multiple business functions and digital teams, and experience translating customer and business needs into actionable requirements. 

The initiative is in an early phase, and we are looking for a proactive, results-oriented team player who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys shaping new digital products and customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Understand current customer journeys and digital customer interactions 
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops 
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements 
• Develop customer personas and user scenarios 
• Support pilot planning, execution, and feedback collection 

Business Analysis & Design 

• Develop use cases, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria 
• Support roadmap development and prioritization 
• Define business success metrics and KPIs 
• Ensure requirements are aligned across workstreams and business functions 

Leadership 

• Drive stakeholder alignment and engagement across functions 
• Create transparency around scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks 
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams 

Delivery Support 

• Work closely with Initiative Lead, Product Owner, Service Designers, UX/UI Designers, Architects, and Developers 
• Support sprint planning and backlog refinement activities 
• Ensure business requirements are understood by delivery teams 
• Support user acceptance testing and pilot validation 

Collaborate 

• Collaborate closely with Shipping, Logistics, Customer Success, Customer Growth, CEP, and Digital workstreams 
• Collaborate closely with UX and Service Design teams 

Assignment Details

• Start Date: 31 August
• Engagement: Full-time preferred
• Location: 100 % remote
• Duration: 6 month
• Workplace: Stockholm as the preferred location
