Project Delivery & Demand Lead IT

We are seeking an experienced project leader and delivery manager to join our diverse team.

In this role, you will work within a team of project delivery and demand managers, actively participating in delivering business demands and supporting projects within IT Infrastructure and Security. You will work closely with business stakeholders in defining, overseeing, and ensuring that our deliveries are completed in alignment with the client’s strategy.

Global Infrastructure and Security (GIS) supports and governs the fundamentals in the entire IT ecosystem at the client, by setting the frame of Infrastructure and platforms, Cyber Security, and SIAM (Supplier and Service Integration & Management), within which the different entities can operate in a secure, stable, and efficient way.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure stable, secure, and efficient project and demand delivery fulfilling stakeholder expectations.

Be the interface towards the stakeholders, build, maintain, and develop the relationship.

Contribute to enhancing the project and demand delivery process within IT Infrastructure and Security, ensuring alignment with internal customer needs.

Report on progress, including any deviations in deliveries, deadlines, and budget, to key stakeholders and internal customers.

Manage demand communications and conflict resolution at a senior level.

Support the consistent use of project delivery methodology and ensure consistent use of demand processes and tools throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Create team spirit to ensure that the best use is made of the various competences in the team.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related area of study.

10+ years of experience as Project Manager, Demand Manager, Business Liaison Officer, or equivalent.

Proven experience in managing stakeholders at all levels in a global organization, building good relationships and networks with effective communication.

Understanding of business processes, customer needs, and the ability to envision digital solutions.

Good business understanding and a customer-centric mindset.

Enthusiastic about teamwork, contributing to a collaborative team environment and process and supportive tools development.

Good self-leadership with a curious attitude and the ability to guide, motivate, and inspire stakeholders and contributing resources.

PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications from accredited organizations are beneficial.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
