Our customer is looking for moving into Microsoft Dynamics 365 as their strategy. With a plan to implement the modules of D365 in a phased manner, customer prefers to carry out a green field implementation of Dynamics Sales and Customer Service Module. Once the implementation and integration of these 2 modules are successful, further modules will be added in scope as well as other countries.

Job Description:

• Green field Implementation and integration of the Sales and Customer Service

• Work with the current support team and enable them to understand the intricacies of the implementation as well as integration

• Resolving the queries and enabling necessary integration

• Support the teams and customer in setting up the data and flow as per the customer needs       

• Able to communicate and deliver the project related deliverables in Englis

• Communication in Norwegian would be an advantage while English is a must

• Remote working is ok within Europe

Role & experience level:

Consultants: Focus on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft D365 solutions for clients

Specific D365 Modules: Several implementations of D365 with specific focus on Sales (CRM) & Customer Service

Skills Required:

Technical Skills: C#, Power Apps, and other development skills for custom solutions, experience with Azure and Dataverse

Functional Skills: A deep understanding of business processes and how D365 can optimize them and Data Management, fit-gap analysis and test management

Soft Skills: Project Management, End user training to ensure effective adoption, collaborative model of working with the team, self-driven and focused on overall success
