We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to support ongoing project work for our client. The need is for a technically strong Oracle HCM consultant who can bring hands-on experience in various HCM modules. The most urgent module needs are in Talent Management and Recruiting, followed by Core HR, Performance & Goals, and Compensation. The consultant will also be involved in the implementation of Redwood UI and should be comfortable working with its associated tooling, such as Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
This is primarily a remote role, but availability for occasional on-site workshops in Finland or the Nordics will be considered a strong plus. The role is executed on the supplier side of the project. Key Responsibilities:
