We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist to support ongoing project work for our client. The need is for a technically strong Oracle HCM consultant who can bring hands-on experience in various HCM modules. The most urgent module needs are in Talent Management and Recruiting, followed by Core HR, Performance & Goals, and Compensation. The consultant will also be involved in the implementation of Redwood UI and should be comfortable working with its associated tooling, such as Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

This is primarily a remote role, but availability for occasional on-site workshops in Finland or the Nordics will be considered a strong plus. The role is executed on the supplier side of the project. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Oracle HCM implementation and upgrade projects, with a focus on key modules (Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.)
• Support module-specific configuration and deployment efforts
• Support the rollout of Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio related technical work
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define module scopes and technical approaches
• Document solutions, and provide ongoing technical support

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Certified Implementation Professional (Global) certification (or similar certification) for relevant modules preferred
• Strong understanding of Talent Management and Recruiting modules; familiarity with modules Core HR, Compensation, and Performance & Goals
• Experience with Redwood UI and Oracle Visual Builder Studio is highly valued

Workload: 80–100% (Depending on final project scoping and candidate availability, role can also be done part-time with a lower workload, if that suits the candidate better)
