Consultant Task – Consultant Support , Pega competence (2024.09.09)

Location: Solna, with the possibility of some remote work
Estimated Scope: Approximately 1200 hours
First 3 months: Approximately 160 hours, followed by around 50 hours per month
Initial Assignment Period: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
Preliminary Assignment Period: 2024-09-30 - 2025-03-29
Languages: Swedish and/or English, fluent in both spoken and written forms
 

Ad 1: Principal System Architect

We are seeking an experienced and certified Principal System Architect (PSA) to lead our team in the implementation of advanced Pega solutions. As a PSA, you will play a key role in developing and implementing model-driven business solutions and supporting others in using Pega project methodologies.

Requirements:

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) version Infinity '23 or later
• At least 9 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven business solutions, including object and information modeling
• At least 4 years of experience as a Lead System Architect (LSA)
• Experience in at least 3 Pega projects in an LSA role (across all project phases)
• At least 2 years of experience with Pega project methodology, Pega Express, and coaching within the methodology
• At least 7 years of experience in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-oriented, and process-based applications
• At least 7 years of practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• At least 6 months of experience working with the “Pega Constellation design system” in a project

Location: The work will be conducted at our offices in Solna. Remote work up to 49% of the time, calculated over a year, can be accepted upon agreement with the responsible manager.
 

Ad 2: Lead Business Architect

We are looking for a skilled Lead Business Architect (LBA) with extensive experience in leading and analyzing business processes and system development. You will work on designing and developing enterprise application systems and supporting and coaching others in Pega methodologies.

Requirements:

• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) version Infinity '23 or later
• At least 9 years of experience responsible for analysis, requirements gathering, design, and development of enterprise application systems
• At least 5 years of practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• At least 2 years of experience with Pega project methodology, Pega Express, and coaching within the methodology
• At least 5 years of experience in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-oriented, and process-based applications
• At least 4 years of experience in a relevant industry domain
• Led at least 3 Pega projects as an LBA in various project phases
• At least 6 months of experience working with the “Pega Constellation design system” in a project
