The challenge

The client’s teams worked in parallel on different products, so the task went beyond finding skilled designers. It called for profiles who could join existing teams with no ramp-up time and keep the user experience consistent across platforms. If the capacity gap was not closed quickly, delivery of business-critical digital solutions would be delayed, and the risk of inconsistent user experiences would grow with every new parallel initiative.
The solution
Right People Group worked closely with the company’s hiring managers and stakeholders across the digital teams to map changing needs and find the right consultant for each assignment. We identified, vetted, and delivered consultants who could integrate into the organization and deliver from day one. They worked in a hybrid setup close to the company’s own teams, without slowing progress on ongoing initiatives.
It quickly became clear that the need for design skills was not limited to individual projects. It was ongoing. We therefore shifted from one-off consultant assignments to a continuous delivery model. Over the past year, it has covered 11 UI/UX consultants in total, with 9 to 10 active at a time across teams. The model combined ongoing dialogue with fast response times, allowing the company to keep its momentum without running repeated recruitment processes itself.
