About the assignment:
We are looking for an experienced IAM Specialist to establish and implement Identity & Access Management for external users (customers and agents). The goal is to enable a modern customer portal with a seamless single sign-on experience, where users can access multiple applications without repeated logins.

This is a key role in building a holistic IAM solution across the organization—not only for the customer portal but for all relevant use cases. You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring a scalable, secure, and user-friendly IAM setup.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and assess the current IAM setup
• Map stakeholders and gather requirements (business, technical, and process)
• Define use cases and align IAM strategy
• Ensure a holistic IAM solution across the organization
• Define processes for access requests, approvals, and administration
• Establish operational models for IAM
• Align and design IAM architecture
• Set up Microsoft Entra External ID and implement initial use cases:
  • Customer Portal
  • Schedules Application
• Collaborate with IAM specialists, architects, and cross-functional teams

• Has strong experience in business analysis and stakeholder management
• Has experience in process design and defining workflows
• Has hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management
• Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Has experience with Microsoft Entra External ID
• Is a proactive and results-oriented team player
• Has a holistic mindset with end-to-end thinking
• Has a strong focus on customer experience
• Is comfortable taking initiative and driving progress forward

Meritorious:

• Experience in designing IAM-related processes (access, approvals, admin control)
• Experience working with customer portals
• Experience in service design
• Experience in development and/or architecture

Additional information:

• Mid-to-senior level profile with proven hands-on delivery experience
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional environments
• Fluency in English is required
