On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence across a product suite within a complex digital and technology environment.

The role will focus on ensuring predictable delivery outcomes, transparency, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple teams and initiatives. You will act as the bridge between product management, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, helping ensure that priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and value is delivered effectively.

The Role
You will play a key role in coordinating delivery activities across a product suite and enabling teams to achieve successful outcomes in a structured and transparent manner.

Scope of work:
- Lead delivery across a product suite within EPC DT, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, dependencies, risks, and progress
- Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, managing risks and impediments, and enabling data‑driven decisions
- Optimise delivery flow by improving ways of working and embedding continuous improvement across teams
- Support product suite‑level planning, including prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity management
- Provide transparent reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage delivery finances, balancing cost and value realisation

The role may include the traveling activities to support related delivery or transformation initiatives within and across the product suite.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

Experience
- 6–12+ years of experience in delivery, programme, or project management
- Proven experience driving delivery in complex IT environments (preferably cloud, data, or analytics platforms)
- Experience working across both agile and project-based delivery models

Delivery & tooling
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and risk handling
- Experience with delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps and collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Microsoft 365)
- Ability to translate business goals into clear delivery plans and measurable outcomes

Stakeholder management
- Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations at multiple levels
- Comfortable working with product owners, teams, and leadership across locations

Domain understanding
- Familiarity with cloud, data, and analytics with data management is an advantage (not required to be hands-on)

Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create clear executive summaries and delivery reporting

Personal skills
- Pragmatic, structured, and outcome-driven
- Empathetic and collaborative, with a strong ability to build trust
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
