On behalf of aclient, we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor.
The assignment focuses on providing high-quality HR advisory support to managers across Denmark. Acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner, the Senior HR Advisor will support leaders on employee relations, employment law, organizational matters, and people management, helping them navigate complex situations while ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
The role includes advising on day-to-day HR matters, supporting organizational changes, employee development initiatives, compensation processes, and payroll-related topics. Working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist functions, the Senior HR Advisor will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and consistent employee and manager experience while supporting overall business objectives.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- Experience with payroll coordination and employment law in Denmark.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within HR.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven mindset.
