Consultant Task – Project Manager – Copenhagen (06.03.2025)

On behalf of an enterprise organisation, we are looking for a Project Manager who can be a part of a project with the scope of replacing their Financial Consolidation system.

Location: Copenhagen
Workload: 50 %
Start: 15.03.2025
Duration: 15.12.2025 with the possibility of extension
Language: Danish and English

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- + 5 years of experience as project manager
- Gathering of requirements for a new consolidation system (functional, technical, commercial)
- Formatting Request for Proposal for approximately 3 vendors
- Review demos and solutions from vendors in collaboration with Finance in order to evaluate and score functionalities of each solution
- Evaluate if ESG reporting should be part of the same software solution
- Identify relevant Implementation Partners and select an Implementation Partner
- Estimate budget for 2026 request description.

Consultants with relevant experience with complex Finance projects will be preferred.
