On behalf of a client located in Oslo, we are looking for a UX Lead for a strategic design and organizational development assignment.
 

Description of the project
The consultant will play a key role in supporting leadership within M&O (people and organization) by defining and driving user-centered strategies, prioritizing initiatives, and building internal design and research capabilities. The assignment also includes a strong advisory component to strengthen leadership competence and align strategic goals with user needs.

Description of the most important elements

• Strategic UX leadership in close collaboration with senior management
• Facilitation of prioritization workshops and decision-making processes
• Advisory support to M&O and the broader leadership team
• Mapping and leveraging existing user insight sources
• Identifying pain points in prioritized user journeys and recommending improvements
• Building internal competence in qualitative insight and user research methodologies
• Supporting the development of organizational structure and roles within M&O service development and HR tech
   

Location: Oslo  (hybrid possible)
Workload: 100%
Start: Mid-August 2025
Duration: 12 months
Language: Norwegian and English
 

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

• 10+ years of experience in design (UX, interaction, service design) with a digital focus
• Proven experience in team building and leadership
• Strong background in product organization and management
• Experience with OKRs, effect measurement, and strategic design
• Skilled in facilitation of processes for leaders and cross-functional teams
• Expertise in UX research and qualitative insight methodologies
• Higher education in design methodology, human-computer interaction, or similar
• Proven ability to deliver intuitive, engaging, and inclusive solutions aligned with user and business needs
• Experience with digital solutions that meet accessibility and regulatory requirements
