Technical Lead – Java / ASTI Project (Remote / Finland)

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join the ASTI (Asiakastieto / customer knowledge) project for a client in the banking industry. The person will oversee development activities and ensure team coordination and technical delivery.

Location: Remote within Finland (occasional onsite in Espoo)
Start Date: Early June (exact date to be confirmed)
Workload: Full-time, 5 days per week
Estimated Duration: Until end of 2025 (initially ~900 hours, excluding summer vacation)
Languages: Finnish and English required

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical development of the ASTI project
• Ensure task coordination across the development team
• Guide the implementation of backend services

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of Java development experience
• Experience in Technical Lead or Lead Developer roles
• Ability to work independently and manage a distributed team
