About the assignment:
We are looking for a Change & Communication Manager for a large international program within network migration. The role is part of a PMO team and focuses on ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication across all involved stakeholders – internal teams, suppliers, program leadership, and partner organizations.
You will act as a central communication hub, working hands-on with both change coordination and structured program communication. The responsibilities include driving program-wide updates, aligning information between teams, clarifying decisions and process changes, and supporting stakeholders in adopting new ways of working.
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in communication and change coordination within complex delivery programs.
Navigates smoothly between strategic alignment and operational execution.
Is strong in gathering, structuring, and distributing information to diverse audiences.
Has excellent stakeholder management skills and can create alignment across multiple parties.
Is comfortable coordinating changes, process improvements, and new routines.
Nice to have:
Experience from large-scale technical or infrastructure initiatives.
Experience working with multi-vendor or international delivery setups.
