About the assignment:
We are looking for a Change & Communication Manager for a large international program within network migration. The role is part of a PMO team and focuses on ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication across all involved stakeholders – internal teams, suppliers, program leadership, and partner organizations.

You will act as a central communication hub, working hands-on with both change coordination and structured program communication. The responsibilities include driving program-wide updates, aligning information between teams, clarifying decisions and process changes, and supporting stakeholders in adopting new ways of working.
 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in communication and change coordination within complex delivery programs.

• Navigates smoothly between strategic alignment and operational execution.

• Is strong in gathering, structuring, and distributing information to diverse audiences.

• Has excellent stakeholder management skills and can create alignment across multiple parties.

• Is comfortable coordinating changes, process improvements, and new routines.

Nice to have:

• Experience from large-scale technical or infrastructure initiatives.

• Experience working with multi-vendor or international delivery setups.
